Sean McEachern is the EAE Olympic Weightlifting coach. Sean’s style of coaching is focused on the art of movement using Weightlifting as a tool, which lends itself to not only increasing capacity in the classic lifts but also in all other athletic fields. Sean has been coaching Olympic Lifting for 3 years and has had 2 of his athletes compete at the national level. His achievements in the sport include 3rd place at Texas State Championship 2016, and competing at The American Open and The National Championships. His personal best lifts are: Snatch 123kg/270lbs, Clean and Jerk 152kg /335lbs
